Comments:		Note that this attribute captures the version of the abstract information content that comproses the Information Entity - in cases where updated versions of the entity are released. Versioning of specific concrete records/encodings of the information in a particular format/syntax are to be captured in the recordVersion field of a RecordMeadata object associated with the Information Entity.
